We’re moving, both home and office–and at the time this was written, we’d sold our old home and office space, and hadn’t quite gotten the new ones nailed down!
Not long before this was written, we lost our beloved dog Boris. Like Annie Lennox sings–”what won’t kill you will make you strong.” It didn’t kill us. The “stand we took with ours” refers to our commitment ceremony.
A routine test revealed a possible problem with Mark’s heart. We didn’t know how serious, but I tend to go right to the worst case scenario, and then work my way back. The vows, of course, refer to those in our commitment ceremony.
Mark like green bananas. My commitment is that he should always have them.
Mark and I had a commitment ceremony three days prior to this Valentine’s day. I wrote the entire ceremony, and so this Valentine seemed almost redundant! Still, I wanted him to know how happy I was that we’d had the ceremony.
